So after thinking it through we decided to go ahead and update our Pandora Hearts cosplays and wear them for the interview. In order to make it wearable I have to do a few updates to it. First thing and the most important is sewing the zipper which has broken away from the back of the dress. It should be an easy fix and I think I'll let my mom handle that one since I don't think it can be done by hand neatly. My stitch is still a bit messy.
Then I'm going to do a few things I've been wanting to do for a while. In the manga the gown has bead work on the sleeve around the gem and on the bottom ribbon on the skirt of the gown. So I'm going to go ahead and bead what should be beaded. I think it'll be a nice touch plus add a little sparkle. And (And this is the best part) I'll have something to do!
I'll show how everything turns out when I'm finished. I have to find a good wig too....
